So you want to know how to make oven-fried chicken?  These are the ingredients you will need:
 
8 Chicken parts (breasts, legs, thighs, etc.)
2 egg whites
Panko crumbs (these are Japanese bread crumbs) you can find them in the Oriental section of your supermarket.  Or you can use one of the following:  bread crumbs, crushed corn flakes, crushed tortilla chips, crushed popcorn, crushed other dry cereals.
All-purpose flour for dusting the chicken
 
Step 1:  Separate eggs (you can freeze the yolks), and put in a flat pie dish or bowl.  Whisk lightly.
 
 
Step 2: Put the flour in the same type of dish.
 
Step 3:  Put the crushed Panko in a flat plate.
 
Step 4:  Be sure to wash and dry the chicken pieces.
 
Step 5:  Line all of the dishes up including the chicken pieces.
 
Step 6:  Dust both sides of the chicken lightly with the flour.  
 
Step 7:  Dip in egg whites (both sides).
 
Step 8:  Coat chicken in Panko crumbs (both sides).
 
 
Step 9:  Cover a cookie sheet with foil and spray with Pam. Place chicken on foil.
 
Step 10:  Spray the chicken with Pam.
 
Step 11:  Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for approximately 25 minutes or until internal temperature is 175 degrees.  Let stand for 10 minutes.  The temperature should go to 180 degrees. The chicken needs to be at 180 degrees to be fully cooked.
