Portion Sizes 101

Well here I am on the set of Sacramento and Company.  It was a fun segment and reminded me that we all have to be mindful of portion control.

What is an ounce of cheese?
What is the right portion for pasta?
What is the right portion for snacks?
What size burger is really a serving?

I took some pictures that will visually show portions that fit a healthy eating lifestyle.  I hope it helps.  Remember it’s not THE LAST SUPPER!!

I now have some new  features on my web site.  Did you notice?  From the tabs above, you can visit different areas of the site.  There are a few “work in progress” areas, but they will be completed soon.  I hope you look thru them to see what’s new.
